YOSU STUDIO LLC (“Yosu Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides this policy for our mobile apps and related services (the “App”).

1. What we collect

We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the App.

Account & identity (when you log in)

  • Apple Sign-in ID (an app-specific identifier Apple gives us)

  • Email address (may be a private relay address if you choose “Hide My Email”)

  • Name (only if you allow Apple to share it)

  • Profile data you add (e.g., display name, avatar)

Friends & social

  • Your friend list / connections and related activity (e.g., invites, blocks)

Device & app data (non-personal)

  • Device model, OS, language, time zone, IP-derived coarse location

  • App events (opens, screens, basic usage), crash/performance diagnostics

  • Advertising identifiers (e.g., AAID/IDFA) for ads and frequency-capping

Ads

  • We use Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may receive device identifiers, IP address, coarse location, and usage data to deliver and measure ads.

 

2. How we use data

  • Create and manage your account; authenticate via Apple

  • Run the friends system (find/add friends, show mutuals, manage blocks)

  • Operate, secure, and improve the App; prevent fraud/abuse

  • Show ads (and, where you consent, personalized ads)

 

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

  • Consent: personalized advertising and tracking

  • Legitimate interests: core app functions, security, analytics, non-personalized ads

 

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract—e.g., cloud hosting/database, error reporting, and AdMob for ads. If the App includes social features, other users may see profile elements you choose to make visible (e.g., display name, avatar, friend status).

 

5. Your choices & controls

  • Ad personalization:

    • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (disable per-app tracking).

    • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID / Opt-out.

     

  • Apple Sign-in: You can stop the App’s access to your Apple ID in iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID.

  • EEA/UK consent: Use the in-app consent screen to grant/withdraw consent at any time.

  • Access/Deletion/Correction: Email [privacy@yourdomain.com].

  • Do Not Sell or Share (US state laws): Email us or use the in-app setting; we do not sell data, and you may opt out of cross-context behavioral ads.

 

6. Retention

  • Account, Apple Sign-in identifier, and friends graph: kept until you delete your account or request deletion.

  • Backups/logs: typically up to 90 days then deleted or anonymized.

  • Ad/analytics data: kept per each provider’s policies.

 

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures. No method is 100% secure.

 

8. International transfers

Our providers (including Google) may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) are used by those providers.

 

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be announced in-app.
